Govantix ("we", "us") publishes free educational resources for independent insurance agents. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a free guide, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. If you arrived from an advertising campaign, we may also store the campaign identifiers (such as gclid and utm_source) so we can measure which campaigns work — these are technical tags, not personal details.

How we use it

We use your email to deliver the resource you requested and to send a related newsletter with tips and recommendations for growing an independent insurance agency. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email — we honor unsubscribes immediately.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and send email (for example, our email delivery platform and analytics provider), under standard confidentiality terms.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. This includes a first-party attribution cookie (90-day expiry) that remembers how you found us so we can credit the right campaign. You can clear these cookies in your browser at any time.
